Assistant / Appointment Setter Application

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter & Assistant to join our creative agency. This hybrid role involves generating new business opportunities, making outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. In addition, you will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and occasionally meet with business owners in person.

  • You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, so a positive and professional demeanor is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized self-starter who excels in a remote work environment.

  • This is a part-time / partially remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and DMs to potential clients. Clearly and professionally communicate our value proposition and product/service details. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions in our system. Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

  • Qualifications: experience in a sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Comfortable making a high volume of emails and or calls and handling potential rejection.
